The V3 Chat - Instant Messenger functions as a stand alone unit or fully integrates into your existing members database. Developers can also fully integrate the V3 Chat - Instant Messenger by opting to use their own custom built database.

• Acting as a stand alone unit, the V3 Chat - Instant Messenger features a built-in members area and profile system. This allows you to build your own online community where visitors can create their own profiles, upload photos, search profiles, view who is online, add members to their contact lists (buddy lists), hide their online status (appear offline), send offline messages, chat 121 in real time and much more!
  
  

• For websites with existing communities, the V3 Chat - Instant Messenger integrates into your members database. This allows your members to login to the Instant Messenger without entering their details twice. You can also integrate your existing member profiles and search pages.

  The V3 Chat - Instant Messenger currently supports the following popular forums and dating scripts, phpBB & phpBB2, Azdg Lite, Azdg Platinum, aeDating, osDate, Buddy Zone, WebDate, phpFOX 1.1 & 1.5 Konsort, Joovili and Profile Manager* (*Profile Manager supports V3 Messenger Lite only).
  
  
• For developers, the V3 Chat - Instant Messenger integrates into ANY database.
  Developers can define their own custom database to extract members data from. Listed below is the required MySQL table columns that your custom database will need to include.
  
  1) Members IDs
  2) Members Names
  3) Members Passwords - accepts both plain and md5 encoded passwords
  4) Members Emails
  5) Members Images*
  6) A Date or Time Reference
  
  *Optional - Members images can also be stored in a seperate MySQL table.
  
  Note: Database columns do not require special characters.
