Yes, our basic chat rooms (refered to as 'free chat rooms') are totally free. Simply register an account and add a free chat room to your website!
:: What is a Premium Chat Room?
Premium chat rooms are for website owners who require administration controls or the ability to integrate their existing members profiles into the chat rooms.
:: How much do the Premium Chat Rooms cost?
Our premium chat rooms cost just $15 a month or $80 for 6 months (save 10%) or $135 for 12 months (save 25%). This is not a subscription service and can be cancelled at any time. If your premium chat room status expires, your chat room will automatically downgrade to basic (free) chat room status.
:: What about bandwidth charges?
There are no bandwidth charges for the free chat rooms or premium chat rooms.
We host the chat rooms, so there is no maintenance to worry about either!
:: Can I display my own advertising/sponsors banners?
Premium chat rooms can display an unlimited number of advertising/sponsors banners and also set the length of time to display each banner.
This feature is not available for free chat rooms.
:: Is there a limit to the amount of users my chat room can have?
For premium chat rooms there are no limits on the amount of users. Free chat rooms are limited to a maximum of 10 users online.
:: How many rooms can I have?
Free chat rooms are limited to 1 room. Premium chat rooms have unlimited rooms and also include a private 'Admins Only' room for your online meetings.
:: Do I get admin controls?
Free chat rooms do not feature admin controls. Premium chat room admins receive a whole range of admin features including ban/unban users, swear/bad word blocking, sending chat room transcripts direct to their email address and more.
:: How do I login to my chat room as an admin?
To login to your chat room as an administrator, you can use the admin control panel or login directly from your website.
:: Can I have multiple chat room admins?
Yes, premium chat room owners can promote any user to admin status by selecting a username inside the admin area. This feature is not available for free chat rooms.
:: Is it possible to integrate my members profiles?
For premium chat rooms, you can integrate your members profiles by following these simple integration instructions. Alternatively, our support team can integrate your existing members profiles free of charge. Please note members profile integration is not available for the free chat rooms.
:: My profile system is not listed, can you still integrate my profiles?
We are continuously developing new integrations for popular dating and forum content management sytems. If your members profile system is not listed, please feel free to contact us for more information.
:: Can I change the default colour scheme?
The V3 Chat Room colors can be changed by selecting the new color scheme inside the admin area. There are a total of 10 different styles. This feature is not available for free chat rooms.
